Donate to K4C

Many of our projects, particularly short-term infrastructural developments and equipment provision, rely heavily on donor funding. Our ongoing healthcare programmes focused on training, knowledge exchange and research often have no end time frame, as our goal is to build capacity amongst local staff in Uganda and Tanzania so they continue the healthcare provision in increasingly sustainable and ethical ways! Any form of donation to these programmes is greatly appreciated, as it can help to support staff, students, purchasing of medical devices, training programmes and workshops being implemented, and many other activities within the healthcare facilities.

If you wish to make a general donation to our charity, and use credit or debit card, please click on the 'Kindlink' or 'Wonderful' icon below.

Donate to a specific Project, Programme or Research Activity

If you would like your donation to be linked to a specific project, there are a few resources you can read and use in the first instance, to ensure your donation goes to the right place and to where you feel it will be best utilised!

  • Read about our Projects, Programmes & Research here
  • Read about our current and active fundraisers on our KindLink Fundraiser page here
  • Open the Donations and Fundraising suggestions document here (and linked at the bottom of this page)
  • Let us know by email what your thoughts are at info@knowledge4change.org
  • Write on the comment section of the Kindlink form if donating by credit/debit card

Currently, we are fundraising for two main projects, Cervical Screening Expansion to Zanzibar and Diabetes Foot Clinic Expansion to Zanzibar, which you can read more about below. Alternatively, if you would like to make a direct donation to either of these projects now, please click below:

Carrying donations over to our in-country partners

If you would like to make a donation to K4C in the form of purchasing equipment, or if you are a student who wishes to purchase medical devices and carry them over to our placement locations, please contact us by email to discuss this first, at info@knowledge4change.org

Donations of equipment are certainly greatly appreciated, but can sometimes be problematic if correct procedures are not followed, potentially resulting in disappointment for both parties. K4C only wishes to donate medical equipment in an ethical and sustainable manner, so please do get in touch with us first, so we can talk with our in-country teams to identify local need and demand.
