Midwife

Lead for Cervical Screening and Treatment (based in Fort Portal)

Angela has been a Midwife for 10 years, holding a certificate of enrolment in nursing and midwifery from 2007 and a certificate of Registration in midwifery from 2019. Before joining K4C in January 2020, she worked at Kabarole Hospital in Fort Portal. As a midwife, her goal is to continue offering effective and efficient services to the entire community, making mothers and their newborn babies feel comfortable and respected whilst within her care.

Since working for K4C, Angela has been based at Bukuuku Health Centre in Fort Portal, where she has implemented our cervical screening and treatment programme and continued to provide maternity services for local women.
